I had been suffering with debilitating lower back pain for more than 6 years. I was only able to walk short distances before sciatic pain developed in my right hip spreading to my knee, ankle and foot. Slopes were out of the question.

Conventional treatment had been ineffective, in fact x-rays of my pelvis had not found the cause of my problem. At my very first visit to Harry he discovered in minutes that the top vertebrae in my neck (!) was out of alignment and that the right side of my back had also become misaligned in an effort to compensate.

Since that first treatment with Harry, there has been a dramatic improvement in my posture and health. Now, 4 months later, I can walk till I'm tired, and do weekly sessions of Pilates and Aerobics. My sleep is deep and refreshing, my memory is better and I no longer have dizzy spells and frequent headaches.

Having suffered ill - health for fifteen years I had become resigned to the fact that I would never feel well again. I was a constant visitor to the medical centre. I was always tired, with headaches and digestive problems. My whole body ached and I could not cope with simple daily tasks. One day the doctor asked if I had ever felt well. As the pains went my mind became clearer and soon I felt normal again. I had forgotten what this was like and only realised how very ill I had been after I was better. Harry has taught me how to treat my body to keep it healthy.

While I spent fifteen years desperately seeking help, Harry has solved my problems in less than six months. All my friends and family can see the difference too. I am sincerely grateful for this, and I am determined to follow his advice in order to maintain the feeling of wellbeing which I now have.

After an operation earlier this year, I was unable to walk unaided more than a few yards. Although my operation was nothing at all to do with my walking it affected my hips and thighs making any movement very painful. After visiting Harry and having acupuncture and heat massage I am walking much better and can now exercise my dog.
Anyone with a problem, however large or small should call in and discuss it with Harry and go from there. I would highly recommend it.
